Jiffy Lube - Premium Velocity Auto PVA is hiring a Service Technician to help customers feel confident in the safety of their vehicles. No automotive experience required; we train.

You will perform oil changes, fluid refills, basic maintenance, multi‑point inspections, and friendly customer service, with cross‑training across services.

Responsibilities

• Provide honest recommendations based on manufacturer guidelines.
• Perform oil changes, fluid refills, and basic maintenance (wipers, lights, brakes, tires).
• Complete multi-point inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Vacuum/sanitize interiors and clean windshields.
• Support additional automotive services (engine, HVAC, electrical, transmission, suspension, etc.).
• Follow all safety, OSHA, and Jiffy Lube standards.
• Participate in on-site and online training.
• Assist with marketing events, inventory, and facility upkeep.
• Build customer loyalty through clear communication and quality work.
• Perform other assigned duties.
