Working hours include Monday through Thursday 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with weekly direct deposit pay and a benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Answering, screening, and routing incoming telephone calls
• Taking accurate and thorough messages
• Providing basic information to callers
• Greeting customers as they enter the dealership
• Directing customers to the appropriate salesperson, manager, or department
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception and showroom environment
• Providing general clerical and administrative support as needed
