Job summary

Laura Automotive Group in Illinois is seeking a friendly Part-Time Receptionist to be the first contact for customers. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and direct inquiries while maintaining a welcoming environment.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership setting. You will support showroom operations and complete HR and safety training as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, able to multi-task, and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be focused, detail oriented, and very thorough.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or individual.
• Assist customers with general questions and take accurate messages when needed.
• Notify team members of arriving customers and direct visitors to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate customer information using dealership databases or log sheets.
• Help keep the showroom, reception desk, and customer waiting areas clean and organized.
• Assist with preparing coffee and maintaining customer refreshments.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and attitude.
• Complete all required Company HR and safety training.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
