Job summary

Portland Community College is seeking part-time faculty for Auto Collision Repair at the Rock Creek Campus. This pool will be used to fill course assignments as needs arise in the Academic Year, including substitute and full-term classes.

Instructors must meet PCC qualifications and may be asked to teach current PCC courses; emphasis on industry experience and teaching capability. Review PCC’s catalog and submit current PCC courses you can teach; ASE certification is required within the first

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• I-CAR Training in Auto Collision Repair.
• Five (5) years full-time “on the line” experience in Auto Collision Repair with some knowledge of Auto Body Painting.
• Three (3) or more years of supervisory work experience in the Auto Collision Repair industry.
• ASE certification in Auto Collision Repair required within the first year of hire.
