PCC Portland Community College is seeking part-time faculty for the Automotive Service Technology department. Candidates must reside in Oregon or Washington and possess qualifications in teaching and automotive service experience. Qualificações

• Must have 20 hours of automotive industry continuing education annually for five years.
• Required teaching and/or automotive service experience equal to five full years.
• Official transcripts from an accredited institution are necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct part-time faculty assignments in Automotive Service Technology.
• Provide instruction in Auto Shop Lab and Engine Performance courses.
• Complete required training for new equipment as necessary.

Conhecimentos

Automotive teaching experience

Valid Driver's License

Ability to operate automotive machinery

Cultural competence

2-Year certificate or higher from an accredited institution

Completion of Associate's degree by end of probation
