• Strong verbal and written communication for accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions including cash, check, or credit cards.
• Manage credit card processes and cash drawers.
• Answer and monitor incoming and outgoing calls.
• Complete repair orders and interact with the public.
• Help customers locate vehicles and relay information to Service Advisors.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and ensure professional conduct.
