Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Driver I - Non-DOT to safely move, stage, park, and drive vehicles on Auction property and to customer businesses. You will operate vehicles through auction lanes on sale days and assist with basic vehicle readiness, under direct supervision.

The role is on-site with a daytime shift (Mon/Thu/Fri, 8am–5pm) and an hourly pay rate of $15.13. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and comply with safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Ability to sit for long periods.
• Capable of entering/exiting vehicles repeatedly.
• Able to walk long distances and move vehicles as directed.
• Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Good vision for color, depth, and focusing.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles through Auction lanes on sale days.
• Move vehicles to designated areas and to/from customer dealerships and businesses while observing rules and safe driving.
• Line up and park vehicles in order as directed by supervisor.
• Assist with vehicle operation: inflate tires, jump start, report inoperative or out of gas vehicles.
• Assist customers and coworkers as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and support Safety Excellence initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
