Job summary

Claremont McKenna College's Claremont Autism Center is hiring a part-time Staff Psychologist (20 hours/week) licensed or eligible in California to provide clinical care for neurodiverse individuals and families under supervision of the Director of the Autism Center.

The role includes conducting assessments, delivering therapy, supervising students, and contributing to clinic operations, with duties spanning group, individual, and parent coaching, plus tracking billing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology or closely related field with autism-focused training.
• Two+ years of clinical experience in autism spectrum disorders.
• California license or eligibility to obtain licensure in California.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care including assessments, social skills groups, and therapy for neurodiverse individuals and families.
• Generate timely clinical billing and documentation.
• Attend weekly supervision with the Director and clinic meetings with staff and students.
• Supervise graduate and undergraduate students as applicable.
• Support clinic operations including scheduling, billing, and waitlist management.
• Foster relationships with community providers and the referral network.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
