Job summary

Claremont McKenna College's Claremont Autism Center seeks a part-time Staff Psychologist with CA license-eligibility to provide clinical care for neurodiverse individuals and families.

Under supervision of the Center Director, the staff psychologist will conduct comprehensive autism diagnostic assessments and provide evidence-based interventions, social skills groups, and parent coaching. The role includes supervision of students and collaboration with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology or closely related field required.
• Two or more years of clinical experience in autism.
• Experience with autism assessments and neurodevelopmental disorders preferred.
• CA psychologist license or license-eligibility required.
• Ability to supervise students and handle clinical billing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care for neurodiverse individuals and families, including assessments, social skills groups, and individual/family therapy.
• Generate timely clinical billing and documentation.
• Attend supervision and clinic meetings.
• Supervise graduate and undergraduate students.
