Job summary

The Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital in Glenview, IL is seeking a part-time Audiologist to deliver diagnostic and habilitation/rehabilitation services for hearing, balance, and related conditions.

You will perform evaluations, hearing aid fitting with real-ear measurements, cochlear implant considerations, and supervise graduate students; IL license required and Master’s in Audiology; 0–2 years experience; 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Audiology from an accredited program.
• Licensed Audiologist in IL.
• 0–2 years of experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Obtains case history and formulates evaluation plan.
• Performs comprehensive audiologic evaluations and counsels results.
• Performs amplification fitting and verification using real-ear measurements.
• Provides patient education on devices and post-fitting care.
• Performs electrophysiologic procedures and reports findings.
• May supervise graduate student clinicians.
