Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited Audiology program.
• Ph.D. from an accredited Audiology program or equivalent education/experience.
• Coursework/Training: Specialized Audiology training to meet a department need.
• Upon hire: Oregon Audiologist License.
• Specialized Audiology experience to meet a particular department need.

Responsibilities

• Manages and provides skilled audiology services to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account individual patient needs.
• Collaborates with the care team to achieve maximum patient independence and functional outcomes.

Education

Master's Degree in Audiology

Ph.D. in Audiology or equivalent

Oregon Audiologist License
