Providence Health & Services is seeking an experienced Audiologist in Newberg, Oregon to manage skilled audiology services for patients with diverse diagnoses. This role requires a Master’s or Ph.D. in Audiology, along with a valid Oregon Audiologist License upon hire.

Manages and provides skilled audiology services to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account an individual patient’s special physical or age‐related needs. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient/client independence in accordance with the individual patient functional level and potential.
