Responsabilités

• Answer phones politely and assist listeners.

• Respond to listener questions with accuracy and initiative.
• Screen calls from PR firms and relay messages to reporters.
• Forward tips to the desk and escalate as needed.
• Follow deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
