Job summary

Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, is hiring a Driver I. You will spend your day behind the wheel, moving vehicles through auction lanes and staging inventory to create a seamless customer experience. No prior experience required; you will receive on-the-job training and work a set schedule.

Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM with an hourly pay rate of $15.00. This role offers active engagement in the automotive environment and opportunities to grow within Cox Automotive.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Preferred High school diploma/GED.
• Previous auction experience.
• Ability to drive vehicles with manual and automatic transmission.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale days and auction grounds.
• Transport vehicles to designated areas on auction premises, customer dealerships and business locations.
• Stage, organize and park vehicles in the correct order per supervisor directions.
• Help locate misplaced vehicles or move inventory as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for movement by inflating tires and jump-starting when needed.
• Communicate vehicle issues to relevant teams and provide friendly customer support.
