Job summary

Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, seeks a Driver I to move vehicles between lots and through auction lanes. You’ll drive on sale days, transport vehicles to designated areas and assist with staging and parking inventory. No prior experience or education is required. Work Schedule: Monday–Friday 11am–7pm.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Previous auction experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive vehicles through auction lanes on sale days and throughout auction grounds, following all procedures and traffic laws.
• Transport vehicles to and from designated areas, customer dealerships and business locations.
• Stage, organize and park vehicles in the correct order based on supervisor directions.
• Assist in locating misplaced vehicles or moving inventory as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for movement by inflating tires and jump-starting vehicles.
• Communicate vehicle issues to the appropriate teams.
• Provide friendly support to customers and coworkers.
• Follow safety procedures and contribute to a culture of safety.
