Auction.com is seeking an Associate Auction Coordinator in Albany, NY for a part-time role. You will welcome guests, collect bidder information, and ensure pre-auction requirements are met with 100% data input accuracy. The role requires multitasking in a fast-paced environment, providing customer service to event attendees, and assisting with setup, COS processes, and deposits as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to greet guests and collect information accurately.
• Strong data-entry and organizational skills for events.
• Excellent communication with attendees and team members.
• Attention to detail in handling sensitive buyer/seller data.

Responsabilités

• Attend all auctions and training opportunities.
• Collect guest and bidder information per state law and company policy.
• Provide information about Auction.com products and initiatives to attendees.
• Answer questions within scope of work and guide attendees accordingly.
• Assist with auction setup and teardown (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Enter data into Auction Sync for winning bidders and COS certificates.
• Audit certificates of sale for accuracy among the team.
• Assist with COS writing and registration training.
• Handle funds and deposits electronically or in person at the nearest branch.
