Job summary

BidFTA is seeking a part-time Associate in Louisville, KY to deliver excellent customer service at auction pickup. You will help bidders, organize items, and ensure a clean, safe environment while processing checkouts.

Ideal candidates are friendly, detail-oriented, and able to work quickly in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided for IOS usage and lifting up to 40 lbs in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and answer customer questions about the auction pickup process.
• Prepare for pickup by downstacking pallets and organizing items.
• Assist customers in finding their items.
• Perform customer checkout procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work environment.
• Photograph, grade, and describe auction items.
• Stay informed and adhere to BidFTA policies.
