Job summary

BidFTA is seeking an Associate in Florence, KY to deliver exceptional customer service at the auction pickup floor. You will greet bidders, answer questions, and help guests locate items in a fast-paced, casual environment.

Responsibilities include processing checkouts, organizing pallets, photographing and describing items, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Physical tasks and teamwork are required; 18+ years old and a willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and answer customer questions about the auction pick up process
• Prepare for auction pickup by downstacking pallets and organizing items accordingly
• Offer friendly assistance to customers that need help finding their items
• Perform customer checkout procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Lot product: photograph, grade, and confirm accurate description of auction items
• Stay informed and adhere to BidFTA policies and procedures
