Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents at our facilities in Chisholm, MN. You will serve as the primary care provider and lead a dedicated NP or PA to support patient care.

Candidates should be board-certified in family or internal medicine with LTC experience, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor NPs and PAs. The role is part-time (1 day per week) with total annual compensation of $50,000–$60,000.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with LTC experience.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor NPs and PAs.
• Primary care physician for SNF residents with long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in SNFs.
• Conduct rounds and collaborate with NPs/PAs to assess and manage resident care.
• Diagnose and treat illnesses and oversee chronic condition management.
• Discuss treatment plans and prognosis with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists for comprehensive care.
