Job summary

AlignMed Partners is seeking a Fee-for-Service 1099 Attending Physician/Medical Director for the Wolfeboro Bay Center in Wolfeboro, NH. The role offers flexible hours, approximately 8 hours per week, with no on-call or weekend requirements.

The Attending Physician collaborates with the Center Medical Director, ensures clinical program implementation and outcomes, and reports to the Regional Medical Director. Excellent regulatory compliance and patient care are emphasized.

Qualifications

• MD or DO is required.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine is preferred.
• Geriatrics specialization is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Take complete responsibility for patients admitted to their service.
• Visit assigned patients in a timely fashion according to policy and procedure.
• Deliver high quality care and work with the Center Medical Director to improve care in the facility.
• Comply with credentialing processes and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate transfer and care arrangements with area hospitals and other institutions.

Education

MD or DO required

Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
