Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. in Franklin, MA, seeks an Attending Physician to oversee primary medical care for residents in our SNFs, with a dedicated NP or PA support. This is a part-time role (1 day per week) focused on high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will lead medical management, coordinate with nurses and specialists, discuss plans with residents and families, and ensure accurate records while meeting regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Board-certified physician with primary care and LTC experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor NPs and PAs in care delivery.
• Physically able to lift 20 pounds and stand/walk up to 6–8 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary care provider for residents in SNFs, managing medical care.
• Perform rounds with NPs and PAs to assess resident care.
• Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and manage chronic conditions.
• Discuss treatment plans and advance care with residents and families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with regulations.
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and specialists for comprehensive care.
