Job summary

The University of North Dakota Athletics department seeks an Athletics Operations Assistant to provide part-time support for daily and event operations across multiple sports and facilities.

You will assist with game management, facility prep, staffing, and administrative duties, working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

This on-site role in Grand Forks, ND offers up to 20 hours per week at $15 per hour and requires a high school diploma and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in athletics, events, facilities, recreation, customer service, or related environment.
• Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation, setup, execution, and teardown of athletic events.
• Support visiting teams, officials, coaches, staff, and event personnel.
• Assist with facility, equipment, laundry, supply, and operational needs.
• Help coordinate event staffing, schedules, communication, and documentation.
• Provide administrative and project support to Athletics Operations leadership.
• Serve in assigned gameday and operational roles. Perform other duties as assigned.
