Job summary

The Research Foundation of The City University of New York (RFCUNY) is seeking a part-time Medical Staff Attendant in Flushing, NY. You will support the Athletics Sports Medicine program, assist the Medical Director and staff in the athletic training room, and participate in coverage for practices and competitions.

This role emphasizes safety, organized care, and teamwork under supervision. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent academic training.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant coursework is a plus.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification or ability to obtain before start date.

Responsibilities

• Assist Medical Director and staff in the athletic training room during practices and games.
• Provide first-line support and maintain a safe, organized medical environment.
• Assist with athlete care, documentation, and basic administrative tasks.
