Job summary

ATvantage LLC is seeking a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) for a part-time high school role in Boalsburg, PA. This seasonal fall position offers about 10 hours per week with weekday afternoon/evening coverage, focused on event coverage only, and is ideal for maintaining clinical skills or supplementing income.

You will provide on-site coverage, evaluate injuries, communicate with coaches and staff, and document care.

Qualifications

• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer in good standing.
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice athletic training in Pennsylvania.
• Current CPR/AED for Healthcare Providers.
• Mandated Reporter Training within the last 2 years.
• Ability to pass standard school clearances/background checks.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site event coverage for scheduled high school athletic contests during weekday afternoons/evenings.
• Evaluate, triage, and manage athletic injuries, illnesses, and emergencies on the field or court.
• Serve as on-site healthcare authority, communicating with coaches, school staff, parents, and EMT coverage when needed.
• Maintain clear, professional documentation of injuries and care provided.
