Job summary

Town of North Attleborough's North Attleboro High Schools seeks a part-time Assistant Athletic Director to support student-athlete leadership and oversee game-day operations across multiple sports seasons. The position requires experience in coaching or athletic administration, strong public speaking and writing skills, and a proven ability to mentor high school students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management, Education, Athletic Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
• Experience in coaching, athletic administration, or secondary education required.
• Strong public speaking, writing, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to engage, teach, and mentor high school student-athletes.

• Design, implement, and facilitate the Student Leadership Course for team captains

• Coordinate seasonal senior nights and special events
• Game Supervision & Operations
• Provide complementary administrative oversight and facility management for designated home contests, including spectator management, official greeting, and event safety.
