Job summary

Country Inn Pet Resort & Animal Hospital in Davie, FL, seeks a Part-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our family-owned, veterinarian-led team. You’ll provide high-quality medical, surgical, and preventive care for companion animals while building meaningful client relationships.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA-accredited college.
• Active Florida veterinary license or ability to obtain before employment.
• Strong diagnostic, medical, and surgical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and diagnostics.
• Develop individualized treatment plans using current medical standards.
• Provide preventive, medical, and surgical care for companion animals.
• Educate clients on wellness, preventive healthcare, and treatment options; maintain medical records in AVImark.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to provide exceptional care.
• Perform routine surgical procedures appropriate to experience and comfort level.
