Qualifications

• Master's level seminary education strongly preferred.
• Pastoral ministry experience in local church or parachurch.
• Vocational calling to pastoral ministry.
• Experience engaging men's ministry programs.

Responsibilities

• Shepherding and pastoral care for visitors and members.
• Lead a Discipleship Group and spiritual formation pathways.
• Plan and lead community events, including men's retreats and retreats.
• Provide ongoing pastoral counseling and care.
• Officiate weddings and funerals as needed.
• Be a visible Sunday presence and lead liturgical elements.
• Support mission and justice initiatives with the church.
