Responsibilities

• Spiritual/Shepherd Leadership: foster shepherding and spiritual formation.
• Oversee growth of community groups and ensure broad participation.
• Establish a network of leaders and groups for communal life.
• Recruit, build, and lead volunteer teams across ministries.
• Pastorally care for congregants in crisis; conduct weddings and funerals.
• Administer sacraments of faith and support ministry partner classes.
