The Opportunity

The Part-Time Associate is essential to our success!

Stores rely on Part-Time Associates to deliver excellent customer service, stock shelves with fresh food, and create a great shopping experience.

What You'll Do

• Maintain assigned store sections, order, receive, and stock merchandise using proper equipment, ensure correct pricing, check product date codes for proper rotation, stock shelves, displays, and refrigerated cases. Prepare perishable products for sale as needed.
• Set up promotional displays and review invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards inside and outside the store.
• Operate a cash register, handle transactions, and process refunds when authorized.
• Verify customer eligibility when selling alcohol.
• Assist customers courteously with product and store information.
• Load customer purchases into vehicles when requested.
• Record lost/damaged goods and store supplies accurately.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to read and write English, interact effectively with the public and coworkers.
• Understand instructions, labels, pricing codes, and memos.
• Present information clearly in one-on-one and group settings.
• Apply common sense to follow detailed instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
