The Opportunity

The Part-Time Associate is the key to our success!

Stores rely on Part-Time Associates to provide excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked with fresh food, and create a great shopping experience for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Maintain assigned store sections, order, receive, and stock merchandise using proper equipment, ensure correct pricing, check product date codes, stock shelves, displays, and cases. Prepare perishable items for sale if needed.
• Set up promotional displays and review invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all store areas and parking lot.
• Operate cash registers, handle payments, give change, and process refunds as approved.
• Verify customer eligibility when selling alcohol.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance to customers with current store and product information.
• Assist customers with loading purchases into vehicles if requested.
• Perform basic bookkeeping, record damaged or lost goods and supplies.

What You'll Bring

• Ability to read and write English, interact well with the public and co-workers.
• Understand simple instructions, labels, pricing codes, tags, and memos.
• Effectively communicate in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Apply common sense to follow detailed instructions.
• Regularly lift up to 25 pounds, frequently up to 45 pounds, and occasionally up to 60 pounds.
