The Part-Time Associate is key to our success!

Stores rely on Part-Time Associates to deliver excellent customer service, keep shelves stocked with fresh food, and ensure a great shopping experience for customers.

What You'll Do

1. Maintain assigned store sections, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise using proper equipment. Ensure correct pricing, check product date codes for proper rotation, and stock shelves, displays, and cases. Prepare perishable products for sale as needed.
2. Set up advertising and promotional displays. Review invoices and bills for accuracy.
3. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all store areas and parking lot as directed.
4. Operate cash register, handle payments, give change, and process check, charge, or debit transactions. Handle refunds with management approval.
5. Verify customer eligibility when selling alcoholic beverages.
6. Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous assistance to customers, sharing current store and product information.
7. Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles when requested.
8. Perform basic bookkeeping, recording lost/damaged goods and store supplies using appropriate tools.

What You'll Bring

3. Effective communication skills for one-on-one and small group interactions.

5. Physical ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 45 pounds frequently, and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
