Starting Rate: $16.50/hr

About the Role

The Part-Time Associate is essential to our success, providing excellent customer service, stocking shelves with fresh food, and creating a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain assigned store sections, stock merchandise, ensure proper pricing and product rotation, prepare perishables for sale.
• Set up promotional displays, review invoices for accuracy.
• Maintain sanitation standards inside and outside the store.
• Operate cash register, handle payments, process refunds, verify customer eligibility for alcohol sales.
• Assist customers courteously, load purchases when needed.
• Record inventory and store supplies accurately.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write English, interact effectively with the public and co-workers.
• Follow instructions, read labels, and pricing codes.
• Lift up to 25 pounds regularly, up to 45 pounds frequently, and up to 60 pounds occasionally.

Preferred Skills

• Basic PC/Outlook skills.
• Retail management certification (a plus).
