Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and digital self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling procedures and adherence to bank policies.
