Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Florida is seeking a part-time Associate Banker for 30 hours per week to support multiple Palm Beach Gardens and West Palm Beach locations.

The role focuses on delivering friendly, attentive service while guiding clients through everyday banking needs and digital solutions. In this position you will greet clients, assist with account servicing, open new accounts, and promote Chase Mobile App and other digital tools.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients, build relationships and promote digital solutions.
• Ability to comply with bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing while complying with procedures.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs for everyday banking.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team members.
• Perform branch operations and assist cash devices per bank policies.
