Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the West Palm Beach / Palm Beach Gardens area is seeking an Associate Banker for a 30-hour, part-time schedule. You will greet clients, help with everyday banking needs, and guide customers through digital tools to complete transactions while delivering friendly, service-focused support.

You will build relationships, explain products, and work with the branch team to ensure compliant, seamless service that supports clients’ financial goals and branch success.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients and understand needs.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day transactions using Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies.
