Responsibilities

• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts, while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
