Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality, delivering personalized service and using banking technology to meet client needs. You will greet clients, assist with new accounts, and guide usage of Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to support daily banking.

You will build trusted relationships through active listening, educate clients on products, and collaborate with branch teammates to meet financial goals while ensuring compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior client service or teller experience preferred.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage lobby flow to create a welcoming environment.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on digital banking tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships through active listening and tailored product recommendations.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling while adhering to policies.
