Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow. Use a tablet to check clients into the waiting queue and schedule meetings.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day transactions and demonstrate self-service options like mobile app and ATMs.
• Learn products quickly and relay knowledge to clients, helping them achieve financial goals.
• Support branch operations including cash handling and device security in line with bank procedures.
