You will greet clients, open accounts, assist with everyday banking needs, and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience across Chase Mobile App, online banking, and in-branch channels.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
• Build relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and assist with cash handling following policies.
