Responsibilities

Greet clients and manage lobby traffic, schedule meetings, and create a welcoming environment.
Open new accounts and service existing ones in compliance with policies and requirements.
Assist clients with day-to-day banking using digital tools like the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
Handle branch operations, including cash devices, following bank policies and procedures.
