Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by handling day-to-day transactions and opening new accounts.
• Educate clients on using technology self-service options such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions to help achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and manage cash devices while following bank policies and procedures.
