JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker for the Central Phoenix East Area, 30 hours per week in Phoenix, AZ.

You will greet clients, open accounts, and guide customers through digital banking tools while delivering friendly, attentive service. In this role, you will build trusted client relationships, understand financial goals, and collaborate with branch teammates to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Must have client-service experience or equivalent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Provide account servicing and open new accounts while following policies.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking, including digital solutions like mobile apps and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions and sharing product knowledge.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in accordance with bank procedures.
