Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

• Ability to work collaboratively with branch team to meet goals.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.
• Experience in client service or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open accounts and provide ongoing account servicing while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening and guiding clients toward appropriate solutions.
• Assist with branch operations and cash handling in line with policies.
