Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones per policy.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com).
• Build trusted relationships by listening and partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations and cash-handling duties in line with procedures.
