• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital options like Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Support branch operations including cash devices and adherence to procedures.
