• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and opening new accounts while following policies.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships with clients by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations in line with bank policies and procedures.
