Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking needs and technology self-service options such as mobile and online banking.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Assist with branch operations, including cash handling and ATM/other device operations in line with bank procedures.
