JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker for the Long Island East Area to deliver attentive service, open new accounts, and educate clients on digital banking tools across multiple branch locations.

This part-time role focuses on greeting clients, building relationships, and helping customers meet their financial goals through personalized service. As part of Chase, you will work with a team that values hospitality and loyalty, using modern banking solutions to create memorable client

Qualifications

Client service experience or comparable experience.
Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly to understand and help.

Responsabilités

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet and scheduling meetings.
Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and requirements.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
