Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to engage clients and communicate clearly to understand and help.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies and requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
