Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and Arkansas Bar admission required.
• Additional licenses in states where the firm operates are valuable: Arizona, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Tennessee, or Wisconsin.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• No specific legal experience required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-demand letter reviews of new claims
• Review and approve legal pleadings for filing
• Appear for hearings in select venues
