Job summary

The University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an Assistant Women's Tennis Coach to support the head coach with daily operations, coaching and player development, video support, and administrative duties. The role promotes the athletic department's mission and adheres to university, conference, and NCAA rules.

Responsibilities include planning practices for each athlete, aiding in travel and academics management, film analysis, and data collection to inform training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with NCAA tennis coaching or playing experience.
• Ability to develop practice plans and coach student-athletes.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and tennis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a practice plan for each team member and assist players in competitions.
• Track student-athletes' progress and adjust coaching throughout the season.
• Coordinate team travel, academics, and student-athlete welfare.
• Set up and break down match video, analyze footage, and prepare for matches.
• Efficiently perform stringing and other administrative duties.
